1Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful activities and accounts you are entitled to control. Do not use numbers, SMS codes or proxies for unauthorized access, fraud, spam, phishing or infringement of others’ rights. Receiving a code does not override a third-party platform’s rules.
2Account
Keep access to your email and keep your password private. Requests and transactions belong to the account that creates them. Use your own credentials and follow the rules of the third-party services you select.
3SMS and verification
Keep your password private and do not use another person’s payment details. Check the selected network before sending funds. Number and proxy use must comply with the rules of the service for which they are purchased.
4How is an SMS code different from a password?
A code temporarily confirms an action on another service. A password protects an account. Keep both private.
5Help with a transaction
If a transfer is missing from history or you want to discuss a refund, retain the request ID, coin, network, amount and transaction hash. Never send a password, seed phrase or private key. Contact account chat; the outcome depends on review of the specific transaction.
