1Transaction history
If a transfer is missing from your balance or the amount differs, keep the transaction ID, coin, network, amount and request ID for checking. Cancelling a website request does not cancel a blockchain transaction already sent.
2Cancelling a request and transfers
Cancel closes the request on the website. It does not reverse a blockchain transaction already sent or initiate a refund by itself. Timer expiry is not proof of payment or refund.
3Payments and balance
A top-up request specifies the amount, coin, network and address. Creating a request does not debit your wallet. Check the details and network fee in your wallet before sending. Requests last 30 minutes; balance history is in settings.
4Help with a transaction
If a transfer is missing from history or you want to discuss a refund, retain the request ID, coin, network, amount and transaction hash. Never send a password, seed phrase or private key. Contact account chat; the outcome depends on review of the specific transaction.
